Mock CQC inspection

These can be booked on a one-off, ad-hoc (when required) or recurring basis. We will conduct a quality assurance audit that follows the same format as a CQC inspection.

You will get an Audit Report covering the 5 key questions.

• Is the service Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well Led.
• An action plan based on the compliance judgements of your visiting consultant which can be used as an ongoing ‘live’ internal document.
