Manager/Provider Mentoring

Our Manager Mentorship/ Coaching and Support  Programme provides an 8-weekprogramme that is conducted remotely via telephone, email, or Microsoft teams. It is designed to suite the needs and availability of the manager and includes advice and tips on how to manage and deal with change within the organisation, staff culture, embedding best practice, identifying effective ways of monitoring and evidencing practice.
